In most cases, no referral is needed. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for specialist visits — we recommend checking with your insurer before scheduling. We welcome both self-referred and physician-referred patients.

Mohs micrographic surgery is the most precise surgical technique for removing certain types of skin cancer, particularly on the face, ears, scalp, and hands. It achieves cure rates of 98–99% while sparing the maximum amount of healthy tissue. Whether Mohs is appropriate for you depends on the type, size, and location of your skin cancer — Dr. Hardy will advise you during your consultation.
